Insight to our Company
Inclusive Medical Clinic offers primary and preventative health care for all ages in the Burnsville area and the surrounding communities. Our Board-Certified Clinicians are specialized in acute and chronic disease management. We utilize new equipment, sound medical training, a referral system and nearby hospital facilities to maximize the care for each patient.
Raul Noriega, COO, MPH-PHI
Raul a Physician by training in Mexico, did a master’s degree in public health with a major in Public Health Informatics (MPH-PHI) at the University of Minnesota. I have been working in different clinic settings, back in California, where I grew up and here in the Twin Cities where I've been living since 2004, and all this time gave me the experience in all Operations and Health Informatics that all clinics need to succeed.
By understanding all Medical Systems, I have the opportunity to make wide and smart decisions to do changes and increase productivity and generate revenue. Being also working as the Director of Revenue Cycle for more than 5 years, it gave me the experience to understand how to get paid by all insurance companies and find the ways to maximize revenue by understanding this process. I like to help the community understand the way our Health system works and be able to help them receive the best care possible and help the community to stay healthy and be able to provide our best care possible as an Inclusive Medical Clinic.
Kumba Kanu, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C
Kumba Kanu is an Adult/Gerontological board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced in her current role for 6 years in various settings in primary care including clinic, assisted living, nursing home, and as faculty in a medical residency. She works with adults and seniors with complex medical and psychosocial needs while focusing on illness prevention, health promotion, maintaining function and independence.
Prior to starting her practice as a nurse practitioner, Kumba worked in an acute care registered nurse in a hospital in St Paul, MN for 11 years performing direct care, education and counseling to patient and families. She values community service and has volunteered her time to helping others.

Michael DiMucci, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Michael began his lifelong career in emergency pre-hospital care during the late 1970s when he began volunteering with the American Red Cross. Michael worked hundreds of volunteer hours providing emergency First Aid at dozens of community events.
The joy and privilege he felt in being allowed to serve people in their most desperate, personal moments spurred him on to continue learning and training in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Michael continued to seek opportunities and advanced training in EMS, culminating in obtaining his master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner while serving active duty in the USAF.
Over his 44 years of experience as first an RN-Paramedic Flight Nurse on ground, helicopter, and airplane ambulance units and then as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, it became very clear to Michael that often times people did not need the services and cost of an ambulance transport and emergency department. Rather, people often just needed simple high-quality urgent medical care. Something that was not available within the current EMS system.
This need for simple urgent care home service motivated Michael to create one of the country's first modern mobile urgent care units dedicated to providing simple high-quality urgent care at home.
